Michael Sheen and James Blunt Struggle as Faithfuls on Celebrity Traitors

The latest episode of the BBC television series Celebrity Traitors brought high tension to the roundtable, as contestants including award-winning actor Michael Sheen struggled to identify the hidden traitors within the group.

During the episode, Sheen and singer James Blunt took the lead in a field mission, believing they had successfully discovered a traitor in actress Sharon Rooney. However, their deductions were entirely incorrect, leaving the Faithfuls far away from uncovering the actual culprits.

Host Claudia Winkleman highlighted the ease with which the actual traitors—Maya Jama, James Acaster, and Kenny—managed to secure advantages. Viewers on social media quickly chimed in, criticizing the group's poor judgment and labeling some of the contestants as ineffective Faithfuls.

Prior to the roundtable drama, the episode opened with an emotional exit following the murder of actress and comedian Miranda Hart. The traitors targeted Hart because they viewed her as a sharp detective who would quickly figure out their identities.

Upon receiving her elimination letter, Hart immediately ripped it up and reflected on how much participating in the series meant to her following her battle with ME, also known as chronic fatigue syndrome. Diagnosed in 2024, Hart shared that the opportunity to return to professional work and connect with nature was deeply meaningful after a long period of ill health.

Despite the emotional departure, the focus quickly returned to the ongoing gameplay. As the Faithfuls continue to target innocent participants like Sharon Rooney and Joanne McNally, fans and critics alike remain hopeful that the contestants will alter their strategies and uncover the real traitors before it is too late.
