Faithfuls Struggle and Fan Frustration Peaks on The Celebrity Traitors

Viewers express frustration as contestants on the hit BBC series continue to target fellow Faithfuls while Traitors evade suspicion.

Fans of the BBC reality series The Celebrity Traitors have voiced growing frustration over the performance of the Faithfuls, who continue to miss the mark as the competition intensifies. Following a series of dramatic eliminations, players remaining in the castle have repeatedly targeted their own allies instead of unmasking the actual secret saboteurs.

The latest episodes brought fresh turmoil to the castle following the emotional exit of comedian and actress Miranda Hart. The Traitors selected Hart for elimination because they believed her strong investigative instincts posed a major threat to their game. Upon receiving her letter of removal, Hart expressed her disappointment while reflecting on how much participating in the series meant to her after spending time away from television due to chronic fatigue syndrome.

Hart's departure followed the stunning elimination of Ross Kemp, who was murdered in plain sight after falling victim to a playful trap involving poisoned perfume. These departures left the remaining group in deep disarray, struggling to piece together who among them could be working against the team.

Despite the mounting tension, singer-songwriter James Blunt and award-winning actor Michael Sheen have drawn sharp criticism from viewers for repeatedly accusing the wrong people. During recent missions and roundtable discussions, Blunt incorrectly set his sights on actress Sharon Rooney, leading audiences on social media to dub him one of the worst Faithfuls in the show's history.

The Faithfuls' misfortunes were further compounded during a pumpkin-themed challenge that inadvertently handed immense power directly to the Traitors—Maya Jama, James Acaster, and King Kenny. By failing to block the Traitors during the challenge, the group allowed Kenny to secure a game-changing dagger granting him two votes at the upcoming Roundtable.

A tense tied vote subsequently placed Faithfuls Sharon Rooney and Joanne McNally in direct jeopardy of banishment, leaving the group poised to eliminate yet another innocent player. With the Traitors operating completely undetected, critics have noted that the current season lacks the dramatic reversals usually seen at this stage of the competition.

As the series heads toward its final episodes, viewers and participants alike are waiting to see if any of the remaining Faithfuls can finally change tactics, uncover the truth, and shift the momentum away from the dominant Traitors before it is too late.
