Lisa Rinna recently joined the hosts of 'Live With Kelly and Mark' as a special guest during the program's annual Halloween broadcast. The talk show, hosted by Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos, transformed into 'Times Scare' for its yearly holiday special, which aired on Friday, October 30.

During the broadcast, Ripa and Consuelos treated viewers to an extensive lineup of rapid costume changes, tackling more than 60 different looks inspired by popular culture, movies, television shows, and viral moments. Among the early highlights, the cohosts stepped out dressed as Bad Bunny and Lady Gaga, channeling the musicians' high-profile halftime show performance.

Rinna and fellow guest Jerry O'Connell appeared on the program to take part in the festivities, helping judge the audience costume contest. The star-studded episode also featured appearances from other prominent figures, including Alan Cumming, Andy Cohen, and influencer Juju Green.

The morning show's broadcast also brought a surprise opening appearance from former cohost Ryan Seacrest. Seacrest, who hosted alongside Ripa from 2017 to 2023, appeared in a pre-taped Spider-Man spoof at the top of the hour. During the segment, Consuelos portrayed Spider-Man while Ripa wore Marvel-inspired attire before the hosts made their way to the physical stage.

Planning for the elaborate holiday production takes months of behind-the-scenes work. Executive producer Michael Gelman noted that preparations often begin as early as November of the previous year, with staff members collecting pop culture references and adjusting details right up until the day of the live show.

The annual Halloween episode has become a staple for the morning program, drawing large audiences with its high-energy format and creative celebrity transformations. Viewers who missed the live broadcast can stream the special on Hulu.
