The 47th edition of the Epoqu'auto show in Lyon has brought together vintage vehicle enthusiasts from across the region, featuring a special artistic contribution from Inca, the son of French singer Florent Pagny. Teaming up with his creative partner Dimitri Gendre under the artistic duo name Dimka, Inca is spending the three-day event painting graffiti live on the central Place des Lumières.

During the exhibition, the duo is custom-painting a vintage Morris Mini, which will be offered for sale at their booth. In addition to the car, they are giving a new artistic life to original 2CV parts, such as doors and various accessories, transforming them into unique art pieces available for public purchase.

This year's automotive event has expanded significantly, adding a new hall to reach a total indoor space of approximately 100,000 square meters. The record-breaking gathering expects around 1,000 exhibitors, 1,700 vehicles, and more than 100,000 visitors to explore classic cars, motorcycles, and entertainment.

Beyond his son's artistic showcase, Florent Pagny remains a prominent fixture in French music culture. The veteran performer recently collaborated with Angélique Kidjo on her new album, adding to a career spanning decades of memorable performances and enduring hits.

Pagny's enduring legacy in the music industry is further highlighted by his inclusion in recent major retrospectives. He is featured prominently alongside global and French music icons in the new RFM compilation box set, which celebrates the finest voices of past and present generations.

As Epoqu'auto continues through the weekend, visitors in Lyon can experience both classic automotive engineering and contemporary street art. The collaboration between the vintage vehicle displays and the live graffiti installations by Dimka highlights the dynamic intersection of car culture and modern artistic expression.
