FC Machida Zelvia Hosts Gamba Osaka as Partner Club Streams Match Live

FC Machida Zelvia faced Gamba Osaka in a J1 League match at Machida GION Stadium, drawing attention from international partners. Representatives from Malaysia's RY FC were present at the stadium to watch the fixture in person.

The visit follows a formal partnership agreement announced by RY FC on October 27. According to the Malaysian club's prior statements, its founder received a special invitation to attend the Machida versus Gamba Osaka encounter.

During the match, RY FC utilized its official Instagram account to provide a live stream of the game for supporters. By broadcasting footage captured from the main stand, the club offered an alternative viewing experience alongside standard broadcasting services.

In a statement welcoming the occasion, RY FC described the invitation as adding a personal and meaningful significance to their early collaboration. The club emphasized that the partnership aims to strengthen connections between Malaysia and Japan through sports, people, and culture, guided by the shared principles of development, exchange, and mutual growth.

This partnership builds on Machida's broader international outreach efforts. Previously, the club established similar relationships with Brazil's Grêmio and Singapore's Tampines Rovers FC during the summer of 2026.

While midfielder Tenshiro Takasaki has already joined Grêmio on a temporary transfer, observers are now watching to see whether future player exchanges or deployments might occur with Tampines Rovers FC or RY FC as the relationships continue to develop.
