Six Contestants Face Elimination on La Granja VIP After Tense Assembly

The reality show faces fresh controversy as an entire faction lands on the danger list following disciplinary actions and face-to-face voting.

Tensions reached a critical point in La Granja VIP 2026 after a dramatic assembly left six participants facing potential elimination. The controversy erupted when host Adal Ramones announced the direct nomination of Kevyn “Bicolor” for allegedly sabotaging the “Golden Egg” dynamic.

Following Kevyn’s punishment, face-to-face voting continued, resulting in Julio Camejo and Pablo Montero receiving the highest number of votes from their peers. They were joined on the danger list by Rafael Mercadante, nominated through the legacy left by Azalea, alongside Niurka Marcos, who lost a duel against Ivonne Montero, and Natalia Alcocer, who was put up for elimination via the Horseshoe of Power.

The fact that every single nominee belongs to the "Los Disfuncionales" team sparked speculation about whether the outcome was the result of a coordinated tactical move by the group itself. However, the current lineup remains temporary as upcoming competitions will provide opportunities to alter the final list.

The fate of the six nominated celebrities will be decided through upcoming challenges before the elimination gala scheduled for Sunday, November 1. Competitors are set to participate in the Salvation dynamic on Thursday followed by the Betrayal dynamic on Friday.

Meanwhile, recent departures from the compound continue to generate discussion outside the game. Azalea, who was eliminated earlier in the week following a clash with Rafael Mercadante, reflected on her time in the reality format. Having previously competed in Big Brother in 2002, she stated that she focuses entirely on the internal experience rather than public perception or social media backlash.

Addressing online criticism, Azalea remarked that she does not fear being canceled because she does not rely on digital platforms for her career. "I send a big kiss, a hug, and a lot of blessings to all the haters, because thanks to everything they repost about me, people who don't know me get to know me," she stated, adding that she prefers being disliked to being forgotten.

Azalea also detailed the friction with Rafael Mercadante that preceded her exit, describing him as a professional provocateur who crossed boundaries. While other former participants have suggested altering the program's format to include educational or recreational activities, Azalea defended the current entertainment style, arguing that the show is not intended to teach morals or manners.
