Satoshi Ohno, who concluded his activities as a member of the popular group Arashi on May 31, has made his first media appearance in about five months. He is featured in the December issue of the fashion magazine VOGUE JAPAN, scheduled for release on October 30.

In the magazine feature titled "Satoshi Ohno, Naturally. Continuing to Draw, Beyond That," Ohno discusses his artistic self-expression and the establishment of his personal salon, "SATO-JIMA." Alongside visuals featuring more than 200 marker pens and colorful lures, the feature highlights his perspective as an artist.

During the interview, Ohno addressed the topic of tattoos for the first time. Speaking about his body art, he remarked, "My body is like a canvas, but I did at least get my parents' permission," sharing a personal anecdote about his family.

The December issue of VOGUE JAPAN features top model Ida Heiner on the cover. The magazine focuses on creativity born from encounters with the unknown, showcasing individuals who pursue new expressions across fashion, art, and other fields.

Coinciding with the release, VOGUE JAPAN's official website will publish web-exclusive interviews, unreleased cuts, and illustrations starting at 6:00 p.m. on October 30. The publication's official social media channels will also share special footage documenting the creation of his artwork.

Ohno's return to the public eye also coincides with preparations for his upcoming birthday event titled "SATOSHI OHNO 45→46," set to begin on November 1. Additionally, promotional items associated with his feature, such as online bookstore purchase bonuses, have drawn attention from fans and media outlets alike as he continues his independent artistic pursuits.
