Joe Burrow delivered in the clutch on Sunday, leading the Cincinnati Bengals on three straight touchdown drives in the fourth quarter and overtime to secure a wild 43-36 victory against the Tennessee Titans at Paycor Stadium. With the hard-fought win, the Bengals improved their record to 5-2 on the season.

Despite coming away with the victory, Cincinnati's offense experienced an uneven afternoon and struggled with turnovers. Burrow finished the game completing 38 of 48 passes for 462 yards, five touchdowns, and three interceptions. His third interception of the day proved costly in regulation when Amani Hooker intercepted an underthrown ball intended for a wide-open Ja'Marr Chase.

The Titans seized an early advantage by scoring on their first three offensive possessions to build a 13-0 lead in the first quarter, marking the second straight week the Bengals faced a 13-0 deficit. Cincinnati rallied to take a 14-13 lead by halftime, but a back-and-forth second half ultimately forced the extra period. Titans quarterback Cam Ward completed 25 of 38 passes for a career-high 298 yards, while running back Tony Pollard contributed 117 rushing yards and two touchdowns.

Cincinnati's receiving corps put up huge numbers despite the offensive rhythm taking time to materialize. Tee Higgins led the team with 10 receptions for 155 yards and two touchdowns, while Ja'Marr Chase added 11 catches for 141 yards and a score. Mike Gesicki caught four passes for 76 yards, including a 25-yard go-ahead touchdown late in the fourth quarter.

The Bengals' defense also made crucial plays to shift momentum, forcing three turnovers. DJ Turner knocked the ball away from Wan'Dale Robinson for a fumble recovery by Josh Newton, and Dexter Lawrence later recovered a fumble following a hit by Boye Mafe. The defense additionally forced a safety in the second half following Burrow's third interception, giving Cincinnati a brief 23-21 lead, and Lawrence sealed the path to overtime by sacking Ward.

Entering Sunday's matchup, the game marked the 81st meeting in a historical rivalry dating back to 1968. The pregame festivities at Paycor Stadium featured the Bengals inducting former tight end Bob Trumpy and running back James Brooks into the franchise Ring of Honor.

Looking ahead, the Bengals will prepare to travel internationally. They are scheduled to face the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday, November 8, at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time in Madrid, Spain.
