Reddit Inc. recently released its financial results for the quarter ending September 2026, delivering an adjusted quarterly profit of $1.40 per share that surpassed the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $1.31 per share. This performance marks a notable increase from the $0.80 per share recorded during the same period a year ago and represents an earnings surprise of 6.87 percent.

Alongside the positive per-share earnings, the company posted revenues of $894.96 million for the quarter. This figure exceeded the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 0.96 percent and showed substantial growth compared to the $584.91 million reported in the year-ago period. Financial records indicate that Reddit has successfully topped consensus revenue and earnings estimates over each of the last four quarters.

Despite the strong quarterly performance, Reddit shares have faced downward pressure in broader market trading, dropping about 41.4 percent since the beginning of the year. In contrast, the S&P 500 has experienced a 13.1 percent gain over the same timeframe. Market analysts note that the immediate movement of the stock price will largely depend on management commentary during the earnings call and future profit expectations.

Looking ahead, analysts and rating tools continue to evaluate the company's trajectory. Prior to the recent financial release, estimate revisions for Reddit trended favorably, earning the stock a Zacks Rank of number one, which designates a strong buy rating. Current consensus estimates project earnings of $1.74 per share on $1.05 billion in revenue for the upcoming quarter, alongside $5.28 per share on $3.4 billion in revenue for the current fiscal year.

Independent financial forecasting also offers mixed yet generally positive outlooks for the company's valuation over both the short and long term. Proprietary evaluations rate the stock as a buy, noting that Wall Street analyst sentiment currently stands at 22 buy ratings, 11 hold ratings, and one sell rating.

Projections for the next twelve months outline varying potential scenarios depending on market conditions and company execution. An optimistic scenario suggests the stock could reach $259.74, representing a significant gain from current levels, while a conservative estimate projects a downside target of $175.38. Further out, long-term models anticipate that the stock could trade at an average price of $337.26 by the year 2030.
