Powerball Jackpot Climbs to $835 Million After No Winner on Monday

No player matched all six numbers in the Monday, Nov. 2, 2026, Powerball drawing, causing the grand prize to grow to an estimated $835 million for the next drawing. The upcoming event features a cash value of $357.9 million before taxes.

The winning numbers selected during the Monday night drawing were 7, 23, 29, 64, and 66, with the red Powerball number 23. The Power Play multiplier drawn for the evening was 4x.

While the multi-state lottery's massive jackpot went unclaimed, smaller prizes were still distributed across the country. According to official lottery data, a single ticket purchased in Delaware successfully matched all five white balls, securing a $1 million prize for its owner.

The ongoing sequence of rollovers has pushed the current grand prize to become the second-highest jackpot of 2026. The previous major win occurred on August 12, when a single ticket sold in Illinois claimed a $1.04 billion jackpot. Prior to that August win, other notable 2026 prizes included a $250.8 million win in Arkansas on March 2 and a $209.3 million win in North Carolina on January 21.

Powerball tickets cost $2 per play and are available for purchase across 45 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Players can also opt to add the Power Play feature for an additional $1, which multiplies non-jackpot prizes by 2, 3, 4, 5, or 10 times depending on the multiplier drawn.

The odds of matching all numbers to win the grand prize are approximately 1 in 292.2 million. Drawings are conducted three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.

The next drawing will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2026, at approximately 10:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Participants can watch the drawing live on the official Powerball website.
