Growing living costs, lack of school facilities, and mandatory military service rules have sparked intense protests across Germany, organized by the "Gen Z Regelt" campaign group. Thousands of demonstrators took to the streets in 34 major cities, including Berlin, Frankfurt, and Munich, demanding financial security and better public services. Security forces attempting to block the crowds faced petrol bombs, resulting in several severe injuries.

Amid the unrest, masked individuals in Frankfurt looted luxury goods from stores while windows and vehicles were smashed. Police reported that rioters set barricades on fire and threw glass bottles at officers. The German Ministry of the Interior stated that anti-social elements attempted to infiltrate the protests to cause widespread destruction.

Meanwhile, political tensions flared dramatically in New Delhi through competing protests hosted by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Congress party. Opposition parties led by Congress organized a "Vote Chhori March" to the Ramlila Maidan, demanding the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar and addressing alleged discrepancies in voter lists. Prominent leaders such as Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, SP Chief Akhilesh Yadav, and TMC chief Mamata Banerjee participated.

In response, the BJP organized a counter-rally from Hari Nagar bus stop to Tilak Nagar metro station to honor the victims of the 1984 anti-Sikh riots. BJP leaders strongly criticized the Congress party for launching political events on a day dedicated to the victims of those historical riots. Delhi police deployed heavy security, utilizing drones, CCTV cameras, and paramilitary forces to monitor the demonstrations.

In regional political developments, Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Working President KTR criticized the ruling Congress administration in Telangana during a public gathering in Adilabad. He claimed that all sectors, including agriculture, power, and education, have fallen into crisis, arguing that reinstating former Chief Minister KCR is necessary to restore peace and stability in the state.

In public health and seasonal developments, experts analyzed the physiological effects of winter weather on human hormone levels and circulation. While colder temperatures cause vasoconstriction to preserve core body heat, medical specialists noted that seasonal changes do not automatically dictate sexual drive or performance, advising individuals to maintain active habits, balanced nutrition, and proper sleep routines during colder months.

Additionally, Northern India experienced a heavy drop in air quality, reducing visibility as the air quality index declined. For residents navigating hazy mornings and low-visibility conditions, technology guides emphasized selecting budget smartphones equipped with strong primary cameras and utilizing specialized manual exposure and white balance settings to capture clear images and videos.
