Artificial intelligence platform Lorikeet officially launched Lorikeet Dreamweaver on November 4, 2026, introducing a system designed to give every business customer a personal account manager. Built into the company's flagship Concierge agents, the technology operates across voice, SMS, and email to drive higher customer lifetime value.

Traditionally, dedicated account managers have been a privilege reserved for luxury brands and enterprise business-to-business companies due to high operating costs. Lorikeet's new offering aims to make this level of personalized attention accessible to standard consumer businesses by automating proactive engagement based on specific organizational goals.

When using the platform, businesses establish objectives such as activation, retention, or lifetime value. The system then works independently toward those targets, checking in on a regular schedule or whenever specific triggers occur, such as a drop in product usage or a stall in a sign-up funnel.

According to the company, the software reaches out to customers on their preferred communication channels, creates internal tasks for human teams, or remains quiet when no action is necessary. It tracks individual history, adapts to responses, and incorporates notes from staff to refine its future strategies across the entire account.

To ensure compliance and consumer comfort, every message is evaluated against strict contact hours, messaging limits, and user consent parameters. Companies can also utilize holdout groups to accurately measure the impact of the automated engagement on their bottom line.

Steve Hind, co-founder and chief executive officer of Lorikeet, explained that the platform allows companies to partner with customers on long-term objectives. "Our customers set the goals and the guardrails. Lorikeet gives every customer an agent that knows them," Hind stated.

Early implementations have already yielded positive metrics. At PayJoy, a financial services provider catering to underserved consumers in emerging markets, early results showed a 30 percent increase in new customers utilizing their credit lines within 14 days.

Lorikeet Dreamweaver is available immediately, with the company offering free credits to early sign-ups. The platform expands Lorikeet's existing suite of artificial intelligence tools already deployed across fintech, healthcare, and insurance industries.
