The twelfth episode of Grande Fratello Vip aired on Friday, October 23, bringing high drama, heated arguments, and an unexpected elimination to the reality television house. Hosted by Ilary Blasi alongside commentators Cesara Buonamici and Selvaggia Lucarelli, the live broadcast captured a turbulent evening that reshaped the dynamics among the contestants.

The eviction vote placed several housemates at risk, including Alessandro Roncaccia, Andreas Müller, Jonathan Kashanian, Giacomo Gallani, Guendalina Tavassi, Marina La Rosa, and Megan Ria. Early in the evening, Blasi announced that Alessandro Roncaccia, Andreas Müller, and Megan Ria were safe from elimination. The battle ultimately came down to Jonathan Kashanian, Guendalina Tavassi, Marina La Rosa, and Giacomo Gallani.

When the final televote results were revealed, the public chose to save Jonathan Kashanian and Marina La Rosa, leading to the departure of Giacomo Gallani. Gallani finished with 8.93 percent of the vote, making him the third contestant eliminated from this season of the show. Meanwhile, Roncaccia led the saved group with 23.16 percent, followed by Andrea, Marina, Guendalina, Megan, and Jonathan.

Throughout the week leading up to the live show, tensions flared significantly inside the house, with Marina La Rosa becoming a primary target for criticism. Valeria Marini, Megan Ria, and Jonathan Kashanian openly questioned Marina's behavior and motives. Kashanian argued that Marina's recent attempts at friendliness were purely strategic, stating that she wanted to avoid alienating the rest of the housemates. "She wanted this moment," Kashanian claimed during discussions about Marina's spotlight-seeking actions.

Marina, however, remained unapologetic about her provocative demeanor. Addressing her fellow contestants, she admitted that she intentionally stirs up reactions because she finds it entertaining. "If the days bore me, I try to do things," she remarked, adding that she did not enter the house to make friends or enjoy a vacation.

The commentators offered sharply contrasting views on Marina's gameplay. Cesara Buonamici defended her as a free-spirited and brilliant player who successfully drove the house to react. In contrast, Selvaggia Lucarelli argued that Marina relies too heavily on calculated malice and targets her housemates' vulnerabilities, particularly regarding food.

In addition to the eviction drama, Jonathan Kashanian experienced an emotional high point when the show surprised him with a visit from his mother. Expressing deep affection, she told him he was her whole life, prompting Kashanian to share his heartfelt desire to become a father one day.

The evening concluded with more friction as new nominations were established. Marina La Rosa, Alex Belli, Alessandro Roncaccia, and Valeria Marini were put up for the next public televote, the results of which will be revealed during the upcoming broadcast on October 31.
