To claim winnings, ticket holders must meet strict validation conditions. Winning tickets must remain entirely intact, free of tears, patches, erasures, or alterations. Winners have a strict thirty-day window from the official announcement date to complete claim procedures, after which invalid or expired tickets lose all value.

Payment processing guidelines dictate that lottery companies must disburse funds in a single lump sum via cash or bank transfer. Prizes valued at ten million dong or higher are subject to a ten percent personal income tax deduction. Companies are required to process payments within five days of receiving a valid claim request.

Participants unable to claim prizes in person may legally authorize a representative to handle the procedures on their behalf, provided they supply all necessary legal documentation. Furthermore, multiple prizes won on a single ticket accumulate, allowing holders to collect the total combined value of all matched categories.
