November 2026 Pension Payments and Welfare Schedule Announced

Beneficiaries across the United States can review the newly announced November 2026 disbursement schedules for various public welfare programs, pensions, and educational staff salaries. According to official announcements, pension payments from the National Social Security Institute (INPS) will begin on Monday, November 2, 2026, because the first day of the month falls on a Sunday and coincides with the All Saints' holiday.

For individuals receiving their retirement, disability, or survivor benefits via bank transfer, postal current account, savings booklet, or Postepay Evolution card, funds will be directly credited starting November 2. Those who prefer to collect their payments in cash at post offices are advised to follow a staggered alphabetical schedule: surnames from A to C on Monday, November 2; D to K on Tuesday, November 3; L to P on Wednesday, November 4; and Q to Z on Thursday, November 5. Legal cash withdrawal limits at counters remain capped at 1,000 net euros, requiring higher amounts to be traced through bank or postal accounts.

Poste Italiane confirmed that pension availability on November 2 extends to savings booklets, BancoPosta accounts, and Postepay Evolution cards across multiple provincial post offices and ATM Postamat networks, where cardholders can withdraw cash without visiting a teller. Additionally, debit cardholders can benefit from a complimentary insurance policy covering cash theft up to 700 euros per year within two hours of withdrawal. To minimize wait times, officials recommend visiting post offices during late mornings or afternoons.

The INPS has also detailed tax adjustments for November 2026. The monthly disbursement may include tax refunds or deductions stemming from the 2026 tax returns, depending on when the documentation was processed. November also marks the final month for specific scheduled withholdings, including regional and municipal surtaxes from the 2025 balance and the 2026 municipal advance. These deductions conclude in November, meaning they will not be subtracted from upcoming December payments, which will also include the annual thirteenth-month bonus.

Regarding family support, the Universal Single Allowance follows a dual-window payment structure. Families with unchanged financial and household data will receive payments between November 17 and November 19, while new applications submitted in the previous month or those reporting updated information will see disbursements between November 25 and November 30.

Unemployment benefits, including NASPI and DIS-COLL, do not share a single nationwide payment date. Instead, local territorial offices process and distribute these funds progressively, with disbursements concentrated between Monday, November 9, and Friday, November 13. Meanwhile, the Inclusion Allowance will see its new approved applications funded on Friday, November 13, and regular monthly renewals processed on Friday, November 27. The Training and Work Support scheme is scheduled for disbursements starting November 15 and November 27, depending on application submission dates.

In the education sector, the NoiPA system completed the ordinary processing of November salaries for school personnel, including permanent teachers and ATA staff. Net amounts become visible progressively starting October 31, with official bank crediting scheduled for Monday, November 23. Temporary and occasional substitute staff generally fall under separate specialized processing schedules.
