Mirzapur The Movie Arrives on Prime Video with an Extended Cut

The crime-infested world of Mirzapur has officially made its digital debut, as Mirzapur: The Movie began streaming on Amazon Prime Video. Following a strong theatrical run that began in September, the cinematic extension of the popular franchise is now available to viewers in India and across more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.

Directed by Gurmmeet Singh and written by Puneet Krishna, the feature film serves as an interquel rather than a direct sequel to the web series. Set within the timeline of the first season, the story revisits the brutal power struggles, shifting loyalties, and drug trade dynamics that established the franchise as a cult favorite.

Pankaj Tripathi reprises his iconic role as Kaleen Bhaiya, alongside Ali Fazal as Guddu Pandit and Divyenndu as Munna Tripathi. The ensemble cast also features the return of several familiar faces from the series, including Rasika Dugal, Shweta Tripathi, Rajesh Tailang, Sheeba Chaddha, and Harshita Gaur, alongside new additions such as Ravi Kishan and Sonal Chauhan.

Fans tuning in to the digital release receive an exclusive bonus: an extended cut featuring an additional 14 minutes of runtime.
