Football clubs across the English Football League and non-league divisions are preparing to discover their opponents as details for the Emirates FA Cup Round Two draw are finalized. The draw is scheduled to take place at 6.45pm on Monday, 9 November, and will be broadcast live on TNT Sports 1, HBO Max, and the TNT Sports YouTube channel.

The proceedings will be hosted by Jules Breach and conducted by Karen Carney alongside Joel Ward. The event will take place at Bolitho Park as part of the build-up to the cross-city fixture between Plymouth Parkway and Berkhamsted. Plymouth Argyle Head Coach Tom Cleverley is scheduled to attend the venue to watch the proceedings unfold on television.

A total of 40 balls will be drawn, representing the teams advancing from the first round, including 39 sides from across the EFL and non-league levels. Clubs such as Plymouth Argyle have been assigned ball number 30, while Carlisle United will be ball number 39, and Rochdale will enter the draw as ball number 14 following their victory over Fleetwood Town.

The complete list of ball numbers features a wide range of historic and regional clubs from across the English football pyramid, such as Dover Athletic, Mansfield Town, Exeter City, Luton Town, Bristol Rovers, Leicester City, and Wigan Athletic, alongside various pending ties that will be decided in upcoming replays.

For several participating teams, reaching the second round represents a significant milestone. Rochdale noted that Monday's draw marks their first appearance in the second round stage since 2021, following their recent weekend success.

Official fixtures for the Emirates FA Cup Round Two are scheduled to take place over the weekend of Saturday, 5 December, giving advancing clubs a few weeks to prepare for their next knockout challenge.
